You are:

  • Knowledgeable with Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram Ads and experienced in tracking the campaign’s results;
  • Experienced in developing Email marketing campaigns;
  • Passionate about social media and content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.;
  • Expert in Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects);
  • Able to work in an international virtual team and are customer-oriented (with strong stakeholder management skills);
  • Experienced in recruitment advertising/marketing (would be a plus);
  • Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal);
  • Experienced in Marketing, Digital, Employer Branding or similar;

With you we will:

  • Closely engage with multiple stakeholders and their requirements, across several countries, quickly and efficiently.
  • Design creative and visual assets for digital channels (graphics, videos, etc).
  • Visually support Digital Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding strategies for Nestlé entities across Zone Europe.
  • Plan, create & activate talent attraction campaigns across key channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance to generate insights that enable future improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Talent Acquisition teams) to identify and propose creative recruitment marketing solutions.
