Sales Representative


 
Squareshot is currently seeking a first Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling large incoming requests and identifying new opportunities through outbound sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Tasks

  • Assist Account Managers in securing high-value clients coming from organic & paid channels
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential fashion and lifestyle brands that may benefit from Squareshot's photography services.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with leads and potential clients to introduce Squareshot's services and schedule meetings or presentations.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the specific photography needs and goals of prospective clients. Conduct in-depth discussions to determine how Squareshot can provide value.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of Squareshot's product and on-model photography services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and contracts that outline pricing, terms, and deliverables based on client requirements and negotiations.
  • Closing Deals: Work diligently to close sales by addressing client questions, concerns, and objections. Secure signed contracts and initial payments.
  • Account Management: After a sale is closed, maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the relationship.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of recurring clients to Account Managers.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals in the company's CRM system.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the Growth and Product teams based on client input and market trends to help enhance the company's offerings.
Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record. Prior sales experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with photography services, fashion, and lifestyle brands helps in understanding client needs and effectively promoting the company's services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting Squareshot's offerings, building client relationships, and negotiating deals.
  • Negotiation skills are crucial. The ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients is necessary for closing deals.
  • Win-win mentality. A customer-centric approach, where the Sales Rep genuinely seeks to understand and meet the client's needs.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Drive and enthusiasm. A strong work ethic and a passion for sales and the fashion/lifestyle industry are important.
