Main responsibilities:


  • Providing functional and administrative assistance to the Business Executive Officer and to the department;
  • Participating in special financial and e-com activities;
  • Facilitating departmental communication, reporting and key meetings;
  • Facilitating and coordinating organization of departmental events;
  • Preparing and controlling documents flow for invoices payment;
  • Helping Business Executive Officer and team members in daily work on their request.


Main requirements
:


  • University Degree in Finance or related field;
  • Experience in personal assistant or office manager position is a plus;
  • Highly developed communication and analytical skills;
  • Excellent administration skills;
  • High level of PC skills (in particular confident user of MS Excel and MS Power Point);
  • Fluent English (both oral and written).
