Carrier Sales Representative, Broker (with LTL experience)

At this point, Zelh is looking for a Carrier Sales Representative, Broker (with LTL experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing carriers, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing coordination and communication;
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels;
  • Coordinate the booking and dispatching of shipments to carriers, considering customer requirements, carrier capacity, and delivery deadline;
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate pick-up, transit, and delivery;
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the transportation process, such as delays, damages, or service failures;
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain carrier records and update relevant information;
  • Maintain accurate records of carrier information, contracts, rates, and shipment details;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and warehousing, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics;
  • Provide regular reports and updates on carrier performance, shipment status, and relevant metrics.


We are looking for ONLY Experienced candidates in the related field with relevant experience.

  • Support at all levels within the organization.


  • 2-3 years + of experience in the Logistics field is a MUST;
  • Strong Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English is a MUST;
  • Familiar with rating and pricing schemes for all transportation modes, including the mechanics of LTL class-rate tariffs, small parcel zone-based tariffs, TL mileage-based tariffs, and accessorial charges;
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, virtual communication tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment;
  • Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration.
